Netball is a games option for Sixth Form girls. Led by a qualified ladies netball coach, the focus is on fitness and improving skills and, most importantly, enjoyment.

  • All girls who attend training have the opportunity to play in matches, and in recent years the teams have become increasingly successful.

  • There is also weekly training for all girls interested in improving their netball skills.

Eltham College is able to field two netball teams every year, who take part in fixtures mainly on Wednesday afternoons, or on other days according to the opposition's availability.

Recently the first team has been participating in the Bromley Schools' League, playing against schools such as Bromley High, Colfe's, St Olave's and St Dunstan's.

The teams have toured to Salou in Spain when the squad won the overall schools' trophy.  They have also gone on a joint tour with the hockey boys to Cape Town, South Africa.
