Junior School brothers swap Christmas presents for charity donations

Year 3 and 5 brothers, Monty and Archie have asked for donations to their favourite charity Right To Play instead of receiving Christmas presents. The charity helps children affected by poverty, disease and war through sport and play.

They have raised a staggering £700 over the Christmas break.

On the fundraising the page, the brothers said: “We are two very lucky boys who have plenty of toys.

“This year we would like to ask anyone who would usually buy us something for Christmas to donate to Right To Play instead to ensure other children who find it hard to find somewhere safe to play have the opportunity that we take for granted every day.”
