Two Eltham College students have been successful in their recent application and interview to Oxford and Cambridge Universities. This year’s Upper Sixth have gained places to read Medicine and Experimental Psychology.
The list of successful Oxford and Cambridge applications:
Tom Selway – Medicine (Christ’s College, University of Cambridge)
“I am very excited. Although there is now pressure to get the grades, I feel extremely determined to work hard. The teachers at Eltham College have been really helpful throughout the process, particularly Mrs Badelow, Dr. Hill and Mr Marlow. I am looking forward to all of the co-curricular activities that Cambridge has to offer as the societies are excellent.”
Eleanor Bruce – Experimental Psychology (St Hilda’s College, University of Oxford)
“The teachers have been incredibly encouraging and supportive. I can’t thank them enough. They rooted for me from the start, which really boosted my confidence when applying. I am excited to meet a wide range of people at Oxford and study a subject I love to a high level. The course is a perfect fit for me.”
