We seek to appoint an outstanding cello teacher who is able to inspire and develop the wonderful cellists at Eltham College.
The successful candidate will be comfortable teaching students from Year 3 to Upper Sixth, and will be interested in developing the role of the cello within the wider Music department. Please note that this role will initially only require teaching of Junior pupils (Year 3 – Year 6) , as well directing and the Casals Cello Ensemble (Year 7 – Upper Sixth).
The post holder will be engaged on a self-employed basis and will be expected to be available for at least half a day per week, term time only.
Eltham College is an outstanding school with a vibrant co-curricular programme, set in over 60 acres of playing fields. The school is just 15 minutes from both central London by train, and from the M25 and the Kent countryside by car.
